INDIVIDUAL BUL**** BY A LARGE CORPORATE

<p>Last year, an Ampath driver on a motorbike damaged my car. I was stationary at a stop street and he came up along the left hand side of my vehicle (which is *******). I was concentrating on checking the traffic in front of me at the intersection. I proceeded to pull off from the stop street when there was a gap in the traffic and of course, there is he was, right in the front of the left hand side of my car. He literally came out of nowhere. Our vehicles touched and we proceeded to swop details where he verbally confirmed that he was trying to ramp the payment on my left in order to deliver his invoice. Its taken months to get to this point, only to receive an email stating that Ampath's insurance will not be covering my damage as their driver was not at fault. Their insurance company is called AFRICAN RECOVERY SOLUTIONS. I am shocked!!! If you look at damage, accident sketch and all the facts there is no plausible way that this could be my fault.</p>
