Incorrect Test Results

<p>Hello, on Friday, 10 March 2017, I presented my form for tests: T3, T4 and thyroid antibodies.</p> <p>Thembeka on duty said that the total thyroid test would cover all of those and altered the form.</p> <p>On Monday, 13 March 2017, I received the results and only the T4 and TSH results were given.</p> <p>This is not what was requested. Specific focus on thyroid antibodies were needed (plus T3, T4).</p> <p> </p> <p>I am unhappy as I therefore did not receive what was requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are being charged for tests which are incomplete.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me so that I can receive the test results as requested and our account be correct.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Elouise Hattingh</p> <p> </p>
