Incorrect Admin Procedures Riddled with Errors: Staff done even know hese are incorrect
I am diabetic and use PMB for annual blood tests. In the 5 years that I have used Ampath they make errors in submission to my medical aid, annually. This causes the submission to Medical Aid to reject and Ampath are not reimbursed. This year I have written 8 plus emails advising Ampath Accounts that Z01.7 is not a valid ICD10 procedure code. They dont get it. I have even provided the ICD10 codes on my Care Program. Staff are not trained in this area and thnk they are superior. Customer Service seems non-existant. Which Body can I report Ampath to so they USE the correct ICD 10 codes for chronic conditions? Its a bout time area managers and staff make an effort to bill correctly.
