Most shocking service ever. Unprofessional reception staff. Thato and Tisetso the blood technicians think their job is a joke, squabbling over who should attend to the customer while I'm waiting there. That goes on to damage my vein, I bleed internally and blood was oozing out of my skin. He made light of it and didnt even apologise. The second attempt was no better, never has blood oozed out if my skin like that for a blood test. People are at risk at this practice, if any adverse consequences come off this recent visit, I'll be taking this matter up with the medical health professionals council, totally unacceptable behaviour
