*********** Nurse at Hillcrest refuses to listen

I took my wife to Ampath, Hillcrest Hospital, Kassier Road for her weekly blood test and was treated rudely by the elder Indian nurse at their reception. I wanted to first confirm the type of test reflected on the blue form as this nurse as a habit of applying her own interpretation. My specialist had previously phoned through and a quote given .... I tried to show her the previous invoice to make sure we were on the same wavelength ... she told me "don't get excited". She finally confirmed the correct test & price ... but after my wifes sample was taken, another nurse came up with a massive price and had a different opinion as to what she thought my doctor wanted. I was dealing with incompetence & chaos!
