*********** and Terrible Service! Lost my blood and closed all the time!

I had to fast for 12 hours for blood tests and went to Ampath, Sediba Plaza on Saturday morning to draw blood - they were closed, even though they said they were open. So, I had to draw blood at my doctor's office. Then Ampath LOST one of my samples and called to tell me that I needed to go to Ampath to draw blood, again.

So, yesterday I fasted the entire day and went to Ampath, Sediba Plaza at 4:30PM after work and they were closed (they're supposed to be open until 5PM) even though I calles earlier in the day to confirm that they would be open despite the electricity that was off in Hartbee****rt.

So, they made me fast TWICE, were closed BOTH times I went to their offices, LOST my blood and won't answer the phone when I call them (this morning, I called them 4 times).

This is HORRIBLE service and they are clearly ***********! What am I supposed to do? Fast every single day and stop eating, and just HOPE that they're open when they're supposed to be???

I don't want to go back to my doctor to draw more blood because I can't pay for another doctor's visit just because Ampath lost my blood!

What a HORRIBLE business!
