I was not feeling well and I went to hospital, Doc said lets run blood test, Ampath representative comes to me and says my medical aid said I should pay upfront and then claim back later.

Later I reach out to my medical aid and they said they never said such and blood tests are not covered in my current plan.

I call Ampath and ask why they misinformed me and they say sorry
