Improper treatment by Wilgers Ampath staff

Called to arrange for critical test that must be done at 0545 by Wilgers branch. I was told that Sisters are busy at that time as hospital is important client. When i explained why the test must be done at this time got told that i will just have to wait with such a cusual and insensitive behaviour. This is unbecoming for a health professional who could not comprehend why tests are done at specific times. Ignored the fact that my Doctor prefers Ampath thus damaging brand and chasing patients away.
