Idiots on a mission to ruin credit record.

Account was handed over for collection without me ever receiving any communication / bill from them, when I called them I was told that they tried to call me on my mobile but could not reach me and subsequently decided to hand over the account. No invoice received, no message, no email nothing - one phone call.
