I have sent numerous emails since paying of an account

I have sent numerous emails since paying of an account. Proof of payments every month and emails to allocate payments, now out of the blue charge for handover fees and non payment email and apparently a sms fee from a Ampath allocated debt collector which i did not receive, email charge 25 April, receive a handover email today with extra fees charged on an account i have been paying of on an arrangement monthly. Ladies i have dealt with at Ampath accounts department which i have been sending my proof of payments to are Lara and Renske. Poor service and not allocating my payments resulting in a handover letter and charges which i am not liable for. Unacceptable unnecessary paperwork every month to make sure you receive my payments on time!
