Horror with Ampath Secunda:Trichard area nurse

This is now the third time in Ampath Secunda I have received such a treatment from their nurses or whatever they refer them by. Going forward I will personally ask my Doctor not to ever refer me to Ampath for any blood testing, I would rather go to the likes of Lancet etc.

On Friday the 19 October 2018, my Doctor, Dr K**** referred me to highveld medi-clinic in Trichard, Mpumalanga. It was around past 5pm in the afternoon when I went to an emergency room at the hospital to get my blood drawn for tests by an Ampath nurse.

She was rough, not gentle with my arm , I still feel pain after she drew blood from me. It was as if she was in a hurry to go somewhere and I was inconveniencing her, you could see she was annoyed by my presence. I really had another bad experience with an Ampath personnel in the Trichard/Secunda area.

She could have just said she doesn't want to render the services to me, I am a paying client with medical aid, I am not requesting their services for free but the treatment we get more especially as black people there it's like we doing it for free .

I am 24 weeks pregnant and to be treated like that as a client is totally unacceptable. Ampath Secunda is a horrible!
