Horrible staff
Ampath staff at Groenkloof Hospital in Pretoria is awful. They cannot assist anyone. They were not able to take a blood to my son (32 months). They tried several times with both arms until they suceeded. Besides they called me one hour later that I left the hospital because they had dropped the sample. I had to return back. They were unable to take a new blood sample. They tried several times with both arms again. The experience was awful. Furthermore they refused to give me a plastic bottle for the stools and that happened TWICE. What do I have to do? Go back to the hospital for a third time? In the middle of a pandemic?

12 Aug 2020, 11:18Today I received a telephone call from Ampath transmitting their apologies, but what is most important, saying that they taken into account that when we arrive to their premises is because we already have a problem (a health problem) and what we need is help, especially if the patient is a baby. Thanks.
