Horrible service from a Phlebotomist

I was disrespected by a Phlebotomist by the name of Noma at the Ermelo Ampath Depot. She did not follow any of the Standard Operating Procedures for Preparation for the Collection of Blood Specimens and when I asked her why she has not covered the specimen tube for my Vitamin A levels test with foil, she rolled her eyes and pulled her face and said that would be done later. I then explained that the reason for my concern is because there was a previous incident where a specimen was rejected for being sent without being covered in foil and I had to return to the Depot and be *****ed for the second time. I then asked Noma not to use the veins on my antecubital area as they are sclerosed and she lost her temper and told that she thinks I'm rude. I then told Noma to get somebody else to come and assist me as I could see she was not prepared to assist me. Ampath needs to train their staff on Customer service skills and retrain them on Infection control a Noma does not wash her hands and has long nails with nail polish.
