Horrible service. Ampath laboratories sending private and confidential information to another people. How it's could still be private and confidential, if it's shared with people, who has nothing to do with your life.

My daughter blood got tested few weeks ago. So ampath sent me a statement, which hard copy of is posted to physical address . Statement reflecting the address of my ex husband. We been divorced for 10 years, i have never signed documents with ampath on my ex husband address or name. My daughter is not his child, he has nothing to do with her blood tests. I have questioned that statement address couple of times with ampath, but nobody come back to me with any answers. I requested that ampath laboratories would not share private and confidential details with my ex husband. But few times I had received same statements with different date but my ex husband name and his address. Which means that it's has been sent to him again, even after i have contacted ampath to correct the mistake in address. I believe that my rights of private and confidential information are been violated by ampath. And my requests to correct the mistake in address been ignored by all ampath employees, which I had conversations with in regards to these issues. I have no other choice but to take ampath laboratories to the court for violations of my rights to confidentiality. I've tried all possible ways to resolve this issue with ampath in good manner, but all my requests has been ignored. I had enough. Legal action is the only possible way to resolve this issue. For all reading my review, be careful with ampath. They sharing your confidential information with anyone who carries your surname.!!!!!
