Horrible service!!!!!

They will send you message after message after message for a payment that you've already made. I haven't even received the results of the test they made I have paid long ago and I've been sending them emails but it seems like all they care about is getting the money. This is completely poor poor service. Even four weeks after paying and sending all proof I haven't received my results
