Horrible company

<p>My medical aid did not cover my whole account. So instead of contacting me and informing me that there is some money outstanding I get handed over to debt collectors. I have only received your account statement via post in January 2017. It is not my fault that the people working in Ampath’s credit department and post office are *********** doing their job. Now there are additional charges and interest. Thank you for making me feel like a ******** and handing me over to debt collection agency. What a horrible way to treat a customer. Never will I allow my doctor to refer me to any of Ampath laboratories. I rather go to Lancet Laboratories as they have better customer care.</p>
