Highly unprofessional account department

My experience dealing with account department of Ampath is appalling. I paid for the services and submitted the proof of payment with reference number, screenshots and statements, but no luck. Despite providing all necessary documentation to verify the payment, Wendy Martins refused to accept the proof without providing a valid reason for the rejection. Her demeanor was not only dismissive but also condescending, which I found to be highly unprofessional. My account has been handed over to debt collectors. Instead of doing her job, Wendy just passed over the responsibility to the other party. Debt collectors services are not free - so her actions are financially harmful to Ampath as well.
