Highly unprofessional account department

My experience dealing with account department of Ampath is appalling. Discovery paid for the services and submitted the proof of payment with reference number, screenshots and statements, but no luck. Despite providing all necessary documentation to verify the payment.

No one calls or replies to my emails but quick to send letters of demands.
