Harassment 101

Absolutely horrible. These people will harass you until every cent is paid. I agreed to pay them off after a test was done by my doctor without my knowledge. No leniency, I was told that my account had to be paid in full before a certain date. I have paid twice this month and just received another notification to pay the outstanding R180 before the end of this month. Which is actually more than I owe. So not only do they have no empathy, they are also trying to ***** from me. Do not use their services, Lancet all the way.
