Handing over accounts

I have now received 3 accounts that has been handed over by Ampath. On their application form there is an email address which all patients have to supply. As there is an general post office crisis one would think Ampath would have the common sense to email the accounts.<br> <br> I find it very unprofessional handing accounts over knowing patients are not aware of the accounts and then having to pay legal fees for an account I have no knowlege of.<br> <br> Ampath please get your admin and common sense sorted out!!!!!<br> <br>
