handed over

I am disgusted at the service received by ampath. Medical aid did not pay a portion of the bill. I did not receive an invoice by post. I then received one via email from the debtors control but the banking details are invalid and therefore my bank would not process the payment. I have tried to contact the lady who emailed me but there is no answer and no option to leave a message. Now i have been handed over to a debt collector, the owning amount has doubled and they cant provide me with an account number into which i can pay the outstanding amount. I am a doctor myself and it concerns me that my patients have to go through such unnecessary problems
