Hand over to Veri credit

I would like to say that Ampath is the worst company that does not consider their clients respectful and they will hand you over even if it is for a R100, even during the Covid period and time when things are difficult financially for consumers during this time. I have a payment arrangement in place with them and unfortunately I could not keep 100% to the arrangement but I did inform them and the account is now paid up to date. I paid my account in August for the arrears and all of a sudden I was informed that the account was handed over 17-09-2020 when I enquired about a statement and they informed me to contact Veri credit. I refuse to contact them and they said and confirmed although payment has been made up to date, I still need to contact Veri credit and pay the exstra fees.This is not fair, I asked that the account be retracted from Vericredit and they refuse.I have sent emails up and down, and still no positive feedback. Although I paid a little late, I did make ends need and paid the account up to date, and I am not running away. I also requested a statement and still did not receive anything regarding my acc G*** for N A Roets. I sent emails and received feedback from a few rude people like Mickey Joubert,Rentia Wepener,Winnie Letswalo,TEBOGO MATHATHO. All I want is for the account to be withdrawn from Veri Credit because I have paid
