Getting invoiced is like having teeth pulled

I cannot believe I'm writing this after years of dealing with the same issue with these clowns, again and again: why should anyone pay you if you refuse to send them invoices via a reliable medium? Send an invoice by email, not an SMS from some random number - pretend you're a professional outfit - I refuse to risk being ****med because you can't be bothered to do your job.
