Full payment in return for FULL reports

Dear Ampath, Please note that - as was the arrangement communicated with you in the past - that I would gladly settle the full account once the FULL results are available. Please do not expect me to make payment unless you have upheld your end of the agreement. In the past we missed critical aspects due to incomplete reports / results. Please send final results together with the invoices for payment. Thank you
