Final demand for payment nonsense

You people are terrible, we knew we had an outstanding account, and then drove to your offices in Hilton, KZN, to settle the outstanding amount, only to be told that we cant do it until you are finished dealing with the medical aid. Even we already knew the medical aid wasn't going to cover it, don't know how you people couldn't have known. then a few weeks later we get a final demand letter sent to us to settle? what the hell kind of service is this??

Get your act together. We will personally no longer making use of your services going forward and I hope the others that have these kind of issues no longer support your business.
