Failing to act in line with POPIA and NCR regarding process and procedures before handing over a client.

I have been using their services and is very excellent. However this company has dealt with without honor and integrity, over my late wife's account, whom passed on 1st August 2021 and this company, handed me over to another debt collector call Vericredit with proper procedures and as well as publishing my personal information without my consent to Vericredit not adhere to POPIA, I also had made effort to find out what could have been the problem for medical aid not to settle in hospital bill for this company of laboratory but I never got information as to they handed me over which means I can't get hold of notes from medical aid whether medical aid has requested motivation from the Doctor responsible or not.
