Extremely bad service from AMPATH

My account for blood count was paid was paid by a friends credit card on 7 September 2022. I requested Ampath not to claim this from my medical aid. However they did claim on my medical aid. On 18 November my medical aid paid Ampath the same amount. After many attempts to get a refund to the credit card,with the money and several visit to their local office in Howick and repeated filling in of forms which had previously been submitted, i am still waiting. I have now been asked to re submit the same forms. It has now been 10 months. This is no laughing matter as we are pensioners and need the money. Ampath does not even deserve one star.
