Exceptionally poor record keeping & *****ulent claims

The service provided by Ampath accounts department is exceptionally poor. Their records are not up to date and this can result in them sending results and/or bills to incorrect email addresses then claiming you’ve refused to pay. The poor adherence to the POPI act is also quite shocking. I wouldn’t use this service unless it was my last and only option. Be sure to check your bill to avoid being de*****ed.
