They handed me over just because I am raising valid issues with them. One of thier accounts offices contacted me and Informed me that my bill was not paid because my medical aid is exhausted. I disputed that and requested that they send the bill to my medical aid again and was promised that I will get feedback.Guess what,the feedback I received was that I was handed over.
