DYSFUNCTION/DISORGINISED THRETENING ORGINISATION

A totally disorganised, dysfunctional and dishonest organisation! I go for blood tests (R10K's worth), I tell them I have Discovery, they so no problem Discovery will pay. 3 weeks after having the tests, I start getting harassed via SMS's threatening me with Legal Action for NOT PAYING! I give up trying to get hold of someone to explain the situation, basically NO ONE wants to listen. I pay from my own pocket the account. Meanwhile Discovery also pays them. Now I have to re coupe my money from Ampath. Their statement keeps changing and thigs keep getting added and taken off. After 52 phone calls and 27 e-mail's I finally get a refund from them two months after I paid them. Is this ACCEPTABLE SERVICE?
