Double payment on accounts due

Amphath accounts department is not reputable. I requested confirmation of amount owing on my father's accounts in August 2022. They confirmed amount owing, we settled the account in full on 30 August 2022. Recently we have been getting calls from the mosquitos called vericred. So we enquired at Amphath accounts as to what the mosquitos are on about. The response is that we have to contact vericred, Amphath cannot confirm the period and the amount vericred is after since it has already been settled in August. We offered to pay Amphath, no confirmation provided of the alleged amount owing. Vericred mentioned that they are after an amount for services offered in July 2022. Does Amphath wants to tell us that every month-end they forward all accounts due at month end for collection? Mind you, we enquired in August and immediately paid. These vampires are not just after our blood, now our hard earned money.

I wonder how many families have been ****** through this nonsense.
