Double charged Made me pay cash and then claimed from my aid

With a recent test we had to pay upfront although we have medical aid that will cover the costs. We paid upfront and when we wanted to claim back from the medical aid, we noticed that Ampath went ahead and also claimed the amount from our medical aid - and now they were paid double! I was told by the branch to phone the credit division and were transferred to the wrong division by switchboard lady. Second time there was no answer. Please sort this out asap. Ridiculous that I have to run around to get money out of Ampath that they were never authorised to have claimed from our medical aid.
