Dissatisfied service from Ampath!

Last year (2015) April I was sent to Ampath for antenatal blood test, requested from my doctor. The laboratory captured the blood tests ICD10 codes wrong and my medical aid (Discovery) declined the claim and I received a hefty bill from Ampath. After months of fighting with their ***********, rude and useless accounts department and values time and airtime wasted they finally did their job they get paid to do! The blood tests was claimed against the correct ICD10 codes. About a month ago I received a phone call from their accounts department claiming I have not settled my bill with them. After I have checked my claims statement from my medical aid I saw that their claim went trough in August 2015. I am very disappointed in the terrible service from Ampath!!!
