Dissatisfied employee

I’m currently employed at Ampath laboratories as a temporary work under an agency. On my first encounter with the Area which was wednesday(01/03/2023)she gave me her numbers and mentioned I should not text or what’s app her as we are not friends or cousin, if anything I should text her … today I wanted to go to home affairs to get a reprint of my sons birth certificates as I wanted to enroll him at a school near the workplace , I couldn’t text her in the early hours because of what she said so I had to wait for working hours so I called her on the office line to tell her I’ll report late for work I want to via home affairs. She then called after some hours to say are you still coming , I said yes once I’m done because I want my son to start school on Monday . I was not happy with her request she said “ now this is nonsense “ I said to her you can’t say that to me despite anything , we are professional here nonsense on a professional level ??? I told her to apologies she kept justifying what she said , I ended up saying to her that I can’t talk to her anymore I’ll contact my agent . Her communication is not good , and very demoralising imagine first day at work.
