Dishonest Business Practice

Received account 05/05/2021 for R1368.30 and then received the same account 10/06/2021 for R1721.70. when i phoned to ask about the difference i was informed that the account is almost 26% higher because i have no Medical aid. on the Ampath form i completed, nowhere did i indicate that i have medical cover. So basically the medical aid tariff is capped by the medical aids and they charge you whatever they want, if you are a private client. It comes down 2 ... if you can afford a medical aid your tariff is less and if you cant ... you get **********
