Disgusting Customer Service from Sarah Masango and Account issues

<p>Ampath Laboratories in Alberton sent me an invoice through the mail in 2013 November but i received the letter in Feb 2015 which a payment was made on the 1 March 2015.</p> <p>I was suprised to receive a call from their collection department this morning (12 August 2016) advising me of the outstanding amount on my account which was paid in March 2015 . the amount outstanding is interest charges from Novemebr 2014. why am i supposed to pay an amount i didnt know about?</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Ampath Alberton and was refered to the collection department where i spoke to Sarah Masango who was very rude , i then requested her manager who didnt apologise on behalf of her rude subordinate. I am shocked by the lack of customer service and really feel that i have been ********** by these people. they couldnot nswer why they didnt use the physical address that i had received the invoice from to be in contact with me and why i have to pay interest from the day that i paid the invoice to date.</p> <p> </p>
