Dependant code mixup

Please assist my son was admitted in 2020 Dec blood gasses were conducted by the lab but now the issue is that you guys used the incorrect dependant code to make the claim and it was rejected by the medical aid, I called your offices and I was given references to follow-up with the medical aid of which I did the issue here is that the dependant code is mine and not of the baby they advised me to ask you guys to resend the claim statement stating that it is an amended statement and which part is amended and quote all references and it shall be paid.

Now the issue is that from your side you are not willing to assist correct the mess you guys created claiming that you no longer have the statement with you, I then called vericred to send the statement and they did, sent it to you guys but still nothing, I honestly can't be held liable for your mistakes.

Please fix this mess
