**** SERVICE FROM AMPATH

The customer service of Ampath in Highveld techno park is ridiculous - they do not send you statements at all. They have auto respond emails stating your email will be attended to in 48 hours but it gets attended to either a week or two later or NEVER!! The only time they seem to respond is when you threaten with no payment (Due to not knowing the balance of your statement because you do not receive those). Complaint emails are being ignored... And then when you do get that 1 statement, payments have been receipted incorrectly... This is **** service... I do not know how you can run a business with utter ridiculous customer service???
