COVID TESTING RESULTS - NOT KEEPING PROMISES

We went to the Sandton Mediclinic to get pre flight PCR testing done on 20 Sept 2021 at around 11am.

The pathologist on duty told us that the results would take a maximum of 24 hours.

This was vital to us as were flying out on 22 September at 13h00

We would SUPPOSEDLY be sent the report via email and SMS.

We should have received the results today 21 Sept 2021 at around midday.

It is now the evening of the 21 Sept 2021 and we have still not received the results.

We have to be at the airport at 10h00 TOMORROW MORNING (22 Sept 2021) to check in and do the health screening.

However we do not have the results!!!!!

Shocking service indeed. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
