Covid results

Good Morning, I went for the COVID19 test(on the 6th of July 2020) after being referred by my doctor. The results came back in Afrikaans, which I did not understand and also had to explain to my 9year old daughter. I sent an email for them to translate to English which took them a week n a half. I am now under self-isolation and have requested them to mail me the results but they chose to send them to my doctor,The whole doctor wants me to come to fetch the results despite her knowing i tested positive.
