Confidential Patient Info sent to wrong email

I visited Sunninghill hospital in June and had to do some lab tests. Ever since then, I am receiving on a weekly basis, various patients invoices, showing their confidential items such as Names, Addresses, ID Numbers, Types of Blood Tests done and amounts. Yes the tests results are not displayed however if one receives items such as the below which is from one of the many patients' invoices sent to me, with their full details which is meant to be confidential, If I am a patient I would lay legal complaint against Ampath for sharing my confidential tests taken with others. I have written to [Email Removed] twice already with no response. Instead on a weekly basis I have different Consultants following up on unpaid invoices for patients' invoices that are being sent to me that I don't know of. I have complained to them and they fix data for those patients but every week new patients invoices are being sent.
