Confidential information exposed

I had blood tests done at the Constantia Ampath Office branch and it's not my first time doing blood tests with them, nonetheless, they ask you each and every time without fail to fill in your details. I refused and told them this is not my first time and they should be able to pick up my details using my ID number. Literally, they did this, and as a result, they linked my account details to my father's from when I was on his medical aid almost 6 years ago!! They ended up sending the statement to his email address with all the blood test codes + descriptions which were highly CONFIDENTIAL as my father is not aware of what I went to get tested for. I feel like this is the highest level of negligence and breach of my privacy!!! I am livid that someone could be this careless with such confidential information and expose it to someone other than myself. DO NOT make use of Ampath as it seems they care very little for patient/medical service provider confidentiality!!
