Closed for holidays allready????!

Please help urgently.

I have been sending numerous emails to contacts provided but still no feedback.

I have 2 accounts on which i need to make contact but seems like your offices are allready closed for the holidays. Dont sent me sms's if you cannot even reply to an email.
