Client service
Non-existing client service, even for a professional like myself registered with them. No e-mail adddress on Telephone number for client service or complaints. All answering machines programmed for accounts etc.

29 Jun 2020, 12:28Sent a complaint via their website. No idea if this was received or even sent. No acknowledgement of receipt and most definitely no response. Eventually got hold of East London offices to inform them about incorrect emergency number issue,on the 25th June 2020, no feedback and still incorrect number being advertised on result sheets.
