Carelessness in offfering advice

I cannot believe the level of service you get in this country and worst of all from a laboratory, one of the few organisations that shoud be sensitive and sympathetic because inherently when you are visiting them or giving them a call, there is some sort of medical procedure that's involved. I phoned Ampath to try and get a quote for amniocentesis, I was put through about 5 people and the last lady said to me they don't do that testing she will put me through to accounts. My response to that was I will go to their competitor whom I'd already gotten a quote from, effortlessly I might add. The lady in question, unfortunately I did not get her name, was very rude in her response and actually quite flippant never mind that she is potentially loosing business for her employer. I just cannot believe how careless people can be. I think in the future, I will ask my medical specialists to refer me to Lancet and never will I recommend the use of Ampath to anyone.
