Cannot recon an account on thier own

I have settled the account in august. I'm still revieving final demand letters. Sent POP and recon of account twice. I've sat with thier accounts person telephonicly and explained the recon. And still I get letters of demand. Is there anyone in Ampath that can understand accounts. If there is I can help them to do accounting
