Bully boy threatens my wife

My mother-in-law had tests done in December 2017 shortly before she passed away. A few months ago we got an account from them which we passed on to her medical aid. It was rejected. My wife spoke to a guys Hans who said he understood and would take care of it. Today they told my wife, they hold her responsible for the debt. Such bully boy and beligerent tacticts!
