Breath of fresh air at Nespruit Ampath Lab

I went to draw blood at Ampath,Mediclinic Nelspruit on 30 December. After half an hour of waiting for staff, I was met by the grumpiest,most unhelpful nurse at first. I struggled to get hold of a doctor for a referral and once the Dr was on the phone,she left saying she is busy,not telling me how long she'd be away. Then Michael arrived (he actually introduced himself). The friendliest lab technician the world has seen. Helpful,efficient,smiling all the way - which is difficult on a Saturday afternoon on 30 December. I am a medical professional and also ised to work holidays and overtime in hospitals so I do know it's not easy. Best of all is Michael's blood-drawing s****s are the best I've ever had - as painless as can be I think Michael needs a holiday bonus or a promotion...
