Blood tests were never sent to lab. & Bruised arm.

I had a blood test for fasting insulin on Saturday morning 20 June at Flora Clinic. The lady who did my blood test put the needle in and said she can/''t find my vein now. The needle was hurting me very badly and was moved around inside my arm. Then when she removed the needle, blood came pouring out of the hole where the needle was put in. I have severe pain, swelling and bruising on my arm. Please provide an email address for me to send you photos of my arm. This kind of service is terrible and totally not okay. It is really shocking that this happened and I am very unhappy with this. I did receive feedback from Ulrike at Ampath and she was helpful.<br> <br> But now, my doctor has not received my blood test results for blood I gave over 5 days ago. The blood tests were never done. My doctor is now running after the lab to do my tests - 5 days later. I need my results and this is the service I get. NEVER using Ampath again. <br> <br> <br>
