Beware of Ampath driver’s vehicles and motorbike drivers!!

So, After being involved in an accident with Ampath’s drivers on 15 November 2022, the driver driving without a driver’s license and with witness statements ect after numerous requested to speak to Ampath’s Fleet Manager ( Sarel Jacobs) and or to assist with his contact information I have not received any Joy! Luan Holtzhausen From Ampath gave my details to Promise Masigo from Digicall Group( Who would have handled the matter)I made contact with her and she gave the matter over to African Recovery Solutions “Bernice Dippenaar” not only did I have to make first contact to get the matter resolved in addition they requested duplication forms to complete in the attempt to make the proses a lengthy as possible additionally I was threatened and I quote “ Please note that any action taken against our client will be vigorously defended”.

I supp**** all the relevant requested documentation and they have confirmed so on email, there after they requested the same documentation whereby, I revered to the attached send to the once again with quotes ect. In addition to the accident caused by Ampath’s driver I have supp**** video footage of the driver admitting to causing the accident and admitting not having his drivers license present on him in so operating a company vehicle without the relevant or required documentation on him that may lead to the dismissal of the insurance claim that Ampath may have logged to repair the company vehicle.

So I urge the public to not allow the drivers to leave the accident scene until police arrive on site and or the fleet manager is present, take video footage of each angle and pictures are crucial in addition make sure you get the relevant drivers license information and not only his Id number and not only on his word but get photos of his driver’s license and Identification and if he doesn’t have it on him like in my case insist that someone at Ampath’s office bring it to the accident scene (preferably the fleet manager) although the driver did admit on video footage that he is responsible for the accident and admitted that he doesn’t have his driver’s licence on him the video footage is not sufficient and doesn’t proof anything as per African Recover Solutions.

I Cannot believe that Ampath is associated with African Recovery Solutions this is the most pathetic service received regarding to getting a matter resolved or attended to.

I hope this gets the attention it requires from Ampath’s senior management maybe I will receive a call from Sarel Jacobs to get the matter resolved without any further delays!
